Cultivars
60% of our grove is Casaliva, a local olive tree variety that, thanks to it’s strong personality and intense fruity notes, gives to “Tenuta Le Selve” oil a unique taste.
Leccino, that takes 15% of the plantation, is a tree with a good frost resistance and productivity. The oil from Leccino trees is sweet and pleasingly gentle.
Pendolino, with his drooping foliage, has the fundamental quality of being a good pollinator, a critical phase of olive farming.
